The agreement is in addition to Cashbox's existing distribution arrangements with NCR Easypoint (formerly Tidel).

Cashbox's internal systems are already set up to be able to support Triton ATMs and therefore no development costs will be incurred. Cashbox will also have access to full Triton technical support and technical and sales training.

With the Company continuing to expand its critical mass, this agreement provides access to a greater overall number of machines to be able to meet its installation pipeline demands. The Company is now also well placed to efficiently and effectively support any contract wins to process existing Triton ATM estates.
