LSE names Doug Webb CFO

London Stock Exchange Group plc is delighted to announce that Doug Webb has agreed to join the company as its new Chief Financial Officer.

He is expected to join the Group Board as an Executive Director in May this year.

Doug is currently Chief Financial Officer at QinetiQ Group plc and one of its two Executive Directors. He played a key role in QinetiQ's successful IPO two years ago.

Doug's experience spans 25 years and includes a number of senior finance and operational roles. Prior to QinetiQ, where he will have been for five years, Doug spent eight years working for Logica (now LogicaCMG), latterly as Regional Finance Director for Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His time at Logica also included six years in its US subsidiary holding various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President Telecoms Division and Chief Operating Officer. Before Logica, he spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse (now PwC).
