Norwich Union chose Dialogue to streamline document production and improve the quality and effectiveness of its customer communications, while meeting critical business requirements for speed, cost effectiveness, and flexibility. Using Dialogue, Norwich Union will reduce the adverse impact of legacy technologies to give customers high-quality, and increasingly personalized communications of all types for delivery through high-volume, on-demand, and interactive channels.

Exstream's flexibility and demonstration of world-class software — all backed by a significant European services organization — were key drivers in Norwich Union's decision to adopt Dialogue.

"Exstream has an impressive presence in this market and its proven ability to deliver while meeting future requirements is very reassuring. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and services and we have been able to go live with our first application, Bond Statements, within just four months of making the decision to go with Exstream's Dialogue solution," said Gary Price, director of customer experience for Norwich Union. "Dialogue is a robust software platform that will allow us to ultimately offer a variety of customized, high-quality, professional communication solutions for both print and electronic channels. This will translate to increased customer satisfaction and retention."

"Providing an innovative company like Norwich Union the software solution it needs to streamline its document creation, management and delivery is very exciting," said Andy Frape, general manager of Exstream's EMEA distribution group. "Dialogue provides a powerful infrastructure that helps leading financial organizations differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace. We are proud to work with Norwich Union and look forward to helping them achieve their goals."
