Vestmark, a leading innovator in managed accounts platform solutions, announces that UBS Global Asset Management has successfully implemented the Vestmark Managed Accounts Platform (VMAP) within its separately managed accounts business (Private Wealth Solutions).
"As part of our focus on continuous innovation to meet clients' needs and to support our growing managed accounts business, we have adopted this flexible and scalable technology," said Mabel Lung, Managing Director, Managed Accounts Portfolio Solutions at UBS Global Asset Management. "Vestmark enables us to enhance the benefits of our Multi-Asset Portfolios, increase efficiency in our operations and offer new innovations in our product offering."
The Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) program leverages the 25-year institutional heritage, time-tested investment process and proprietary investment expertise of UBS Global Asset Management. Multi-Asset Portfolios, designed with diversified, complementary investment styles and minimal security overlap, are sophisticated advisory accounts with the flexibility to meet a range of client risk/return needs.
Through Private Wealth Solutions, UBS Global Asset Management is the steward of $14 billion in assets for 17,000 accounts. "Vestmark is a modern technology platform designed precisely to support such scale while still providing high degrees of flexibility and efficiency," said John Lunny, Chief Operating Officer of Vestmark. "We are excited to be a partner in UBS' success and are committed to providing a high level of service and support to UBS as it grows its business."
