NetDeposit announced today that it has entered into a data archiving agreement with DataTreasury Corporation.

This agreement provides existing and future NetDeposit customers the ability to license image-archiving technology as part of the company's solution for long-term storage of check images and check-processing data.

"This is our second agreement with DataTreasury," said Danne Buchanan, CEO of NetDeposit. "Our first agreement, reached in June of 2005, related to image capture and processing of checks covered by DataTreasury patents. With this second agreement, which provides for a data archiving solution, our customers will enjoy increased intellectual property protection in the industry."

"We are proud to expand our partnership with NetDeposit," said Claudio Ballard, DataTreasury's founder and the inventor of its patented check-imaging technology. "With Danne Buchanan at the lead and the backing of Zions Bancorporation, NetDeposit is driven to provide the protection necessary for their customers to electronify and archive checks and check data."
