IPC promotes David Dodd to MD, Asia Pacific

IPC Systems, the leading provider of indispensable communications solutions to financial services firms, announced today that David Dodd, former Regional Head of Sales, has been promoted to Managing Director, Asia Pacific.

Mr. Dodd joined IPC ten years ago to open the Hong Kong office and has been a force throughout Asia and the Pacific. During his tenure Mr. Dodd negotiated and secured major contracts for IPC, including Merrill Lynch, Asia Pacific, National Australia Bank, Citibank, and many others.

Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Dodd held senior management positions at Thomson Financial Services and Asia Global Crossing. He currently is based in IPC's Hong Kong office.

IPC currently has 9 offices and more than 20 local Points of Presence (POPs) in the AsiaPacific region and now serves more than 450 major clients in 15 cities throughout Asia, including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup.
