Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE:FIC), the leading provider of analytics and decision technology, today announced the first product integration initiative resulting from its recent acquisition of London Bridge Group.

By combining its industry-leading analytics with the former London Bridge's collections and recovery software expertise, Fair Isaac will create a cross-industry, end-to-end collections and recovery solution that delivers a new level of power and flexibility to debt management operations.

The highly predictive analytic capabilities of Fair Isaac's Placement Optimizer(SM) service and UniScore(SM) service now will be offered as part of BridgeLink(TM) network, an Internet-based eServices solution in the former London Bridge services suite that automates business transactions between lenders and their service providers by enabling users to exchange information, request, complete and manage transactions. The enhanced solution increases businesses' ability to develop and deliver customer decision strategies influenced by analytics at the critical recovery stage, resulting in improved profitability through higher recovery rates.

"By integrating Fair Isaac's world-class analytics and robust collections and recovery software platform, we are able to deliver upon the powerful synergies created by the acquisition of London Bridge," said Andrew Jennings, vice president of Global Account Management Solutions at Fair Isaac. "Not only will this combined solution help businesses in debt-servicing industries gain operational efficiency, but they can now significantly improve bottom-line performance against the backdrop of growing volumes and reduced margins brought on by increased competition."

"This new dimension adds critical analytical capabilities to our clients' roster of collection and recovery solutions without the cost and complexity of IT involvement," added Dale Williams, vice president of Collections and Recovery Solutions at Fair Isaac. "The advantages of Fair Isaac's proven predictive analytics are now conveniently accessible to users of the BridgeLink network as part of their debt retrieval and collection processes."

Placement Optimizer service is a unique custom modeling solution that scores accounts and provides placement recommendation for each account. It determines the recovery path - agency placement, attorney placement, sales or internal recovery - that is most likely to maximize netback, and in the case of agency placement, also identifies the specific agency most likely to maximize netback on each account. Credit grantors typically see a five to 20 percent increase in recoveries over standard approaches. UniScore service is a Web-based solution that delivers the most predictive pooled recovery score available to enhance collection efforts and work each account more effectively and profitably. It prioritizes accounts not simply according to the probability of payment, but according to the expected collection amount over a given outcome period.

The BridgeLink eServices network is already tightly integrated with Debt Manager(TM) solution, the industry's most state-of-the-art collections and recovery application. It enables the identification, segmentation, prioritization and treatment of credit risk at both the customer and account level and both collateral-backed and non-collateral backed consumer debt. Also fully integrated with the BridgeLink network is the leading recovery software of the Americas, Recovery Management System(TM) solution (RMS). RMS manages and directs the recovery process of bad debt accounts, emphasizing internal collections, legal, bankruptcy, collection agency placement, collateral tracking, accounting, administrative and management reporting.

The BridgeLink network connects to over 1,400 major service providers, agencies, attorneys, lenders and third parties in the consumer credit and mortgage lending industries, processing hundreds of millions of transactions each year.
