Patsystems was advised on 20th November 2007 that ION Trading Ireland Limited purchased 6,100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Patsystems.

Following these purchases ION Trading's total interest in Patsystems now amounts to 44,651,191 ordinary shares representing approximately 25.18% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of 177,296,336.
