Mr. Glenn is a managing director of Lightyear Capital LLC, an affiliate of The Lightyear Fund, L.P.

Lightyear originally sponsored Goldleaf's recapitalization in January 2004, at which point Mr. Glenn had joined the Goldleaf Board.
