Flynn will head up Beauchamp's European and Asian business and lead the company's efforts to align itself with the needs of the alternative asset management industry.

Flynn was most recently founder and Chief Investment Officer at Avocet Capital, a hedge fund based in London. Prior to that, she was an investment manager with Deutsche Bank Asset Management.
