Cryptomathic, the leading provider of e-security solutions, has appointed EMV and payments expert David Dix to its UK team based in Cambridge.
David, who previously worked for First Data International, joins Cryptomathic as Electronic Payments Expert and supplements Cryptomathic's EMV issuing knowledge and solutions with his extensive expertise in the retail banking sector, particularly card issuance.

I'm happy to be joining a team of such highly regarded and energetic professionals. I'm also looking forward to the challenge of expanding my knowledge beyond security in the payments industry and applying it to dynamic and high growth markets such as mobile and ePassport."

He has a Masters in Physics from the University of Essex and currently holds an NCC certificate in Systems Analysis, an ISEB certificate in Software Testing and a PRINCE 2 Foundation certificate.
