Ball State Federal CU selects Sedona member relationship management tool

Sedona Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SDNA), a leading provider of Customer and Member Relationship Management (CRM/MRM) solutions for small and mid-size financial services organizations, today announced that Ball State Federal Credit Union has selected SEDONA as its MRM (member relationship management) application and services provider.

Ball State Federal Credit Union, located in Muncie, Indiana, is a Bradford-Scott Data Corporation client, and is a full service financial institution with $75 million in assets, servicing approximately 19,000 members.

On July 7, 2007, SEDONA announced a partnership with Bradford-Scott, a Sharetec Systems provider, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bradford-Scott is a leading provider of core data processing systems to credit unions, servicing the industry since 1992.
