InteliData appoints Karen Kracher chief sales and marketing officer

InteliData Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:INTD), a leading provider of electronic bill payment and presentment solutions, announced today that it has appointed Karen Kracher to the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer reporting to Alfred S. Dominick, Jr., InteliData's Chairman and CEO.

With more than 25 years of executive experience in sales, marketing and operations within the financial services and electronic payments industries, Kracher most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for John H. Harland Company, where she had P&L responsibility for a $500 million business unit.

Prior to her tenure at Harland, Kracher served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Aveus, an interactive technology-consulting firm. She has also held senior management positions at TCF Financial, Travelers Express, and Deluxe Corporation. In her new role, Kracher will be responsible for all aspects of selling and marketing InteliData's payment products and services to both new and existing financial institution clients.

"Her unique track record of success in both the payment processing and financial services markets will be a great asset to InteliData, as we build upon our position in today's evolving EBPP environment."

Ms. Kracher replaces Karen Gilhooly who left the Company this past October.
