Swissrisk AG has concluded a partnership agreement with CSK Software AG, receiving a global license to all products and solutions of CSK Software, making a significant move towards a complete portfolio of Wealth Management Solutions.
Clients will experience significant advantages due to reduced integration times as well as improved straight-through-processing capabilities.
A group of swiss investors led by Dr Thomas Wolfensberger, who in turn is a major shareholder and CEO of Swissrisk AG previously announced that it had acquired 100% of all shares of CSK Software from the Japanese CSK Corporation (NASDAQ, TSE). This partnership represents Swissrisk's commitment to offer its clients complete Private and Retail Banking front office solutions incoporating excellent straight-through-processing capabilities.
