Prior to joining Rolfe & Nolan, Parker was Managing Director at order routing specialists Real Time Trading Systems (RTS) and was formerly I.T Director at Fortis Bank.

Parker will report to Bill Herder, Rolfe & Nolan's Senior Vice President - Order Management. Of his appointment, Herder said: "Gavin brings a great track record and in-depth front end order routing experience, as well as detailed knowledge of the financial marketplace. By hiring Gavin we will be in a position to take our ASP, Java-based, solution 'Edge' further into the European market place. Gavin will enable us to capitalise on the increasing demand within Europe for ASP trading products and ensure that Rolfe & Nolan are the dominant player in this area."
