Patsystems, the global supplier of trading technology, has provided Man Financial Singapore Pte Ltd with an exchange-specific adapter to connect to the Hong Kong Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Tiffe and Osaka Stock Exchange.

Man Financial Singapore has been a Patsystems customer since September 2000(previously as Sassoon Financial).

Beta test took place during December 2003 and January 2004, and live trading began on 26 January 2004, the first trading day of the Chinese New Year. Man Financial Singapore Pte Ltd now offers access to more than nine global futures exchanges, including Eurex, Euronext Liffe, CME, CBOT and SGX-DT.

Commenting on the new connections, Steven Loke, Associate Director at Man Financial, says "The additional connectivity means that our customers now have an extensive range of products, covering all the major global futures exchange, which allows them to trade liquid products 24 hours a day."

Man Financial Singapore's decision to connect to the Asian exchanges follows the example of Phillip Futures, which provide access to the same exchanges using Patsystems.
