The new corporate name reflects EquityFeed's plans to expand its next-generation market data services to include broader markets, such as the NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.

"When we entered the microcap market over five years ago, there was no way for investors to find timely and accurate information about companies they wanted to invest in," said Stephan Touizer, CEO of EquityFeed Corporation. "Since that time, with the launch of our MicrocapFeed platform, the microcap market has become significantly more transparent and has gained attention from serious investors, boosting trading volumes and increasing the amount of investor participation.

"Our decision to change the name of the company is an effort to be more inclusive of the new products and services that we plan to offer in the future. We're excited to build on our existing MicrocapFeed platform and to leverage our existing technologies and processes as we build powerful new tools for investors in additional markets."

As EquityFeed builds out its coverage of the broader OTC and listed markets, the company will continue to provide new, proprietary tools for its MicrocapFeed platform, the industry-leading real-time market data service for the microcap markets.

MicrocapTrade was launched in 2001 to provide greater transparency and higher quality market data and analytics for the OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet markets. Since 2003, when MicrocapFeed was first released, the company has experienced tremendous growth and has become the platform of choice for all serious, active professional traders and retail investors.
