Joining Siperian's distinguished leadership team is Dr. Jeff Sidell to the newly created position of Chief Scientist; Sean Ward as Vice President, Worldwide Sales; Tony Spensieri as Vice President, Financial Services and Michael Perry as Chief Financial Officer.

Dr. Jeff Sidell is a technology pioneer who brings 20 years experience inventing and designing information systems technology to Siperian. As Chief Scientist, Dr. Sidell is charged with defining the strategic direction of the company's products including Siperian MDM Hub™, Siperian's master data management platform. Most recently, he led the server engineering group at Enkata Technologies, a leading business-process optimization software provider. He previously ran engineering and product development efforts for Accordus, Inc., a provider of contract price management software to the medical industry. Dr. Sidell also co-founded Cohera Corporation, a federated database management system vendor.

Sean Ward comes to Siperian with a successful track record in managing and growing sales organizations for enterprise software companies. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Siperian, Mr. Ward is responsible for global sales management and operations. Most recently, he served as the Western Region Vice President of Sales at PeopleSoft where he built and managed the top region in sales production for three consecutive years. Previously at Blue Martini Software, he helped build one of the fastest growing start-up application software companies, where company revenues grew to exceed $75 million in only two years time. Mr. Ward began his sales career with Dun & Bradstreet Software and went on to assume sales leadership positions with Oracle and Red Pepper Software.

In direct response to Siperian's advancing position as the leading MDM vendor to the Financial Services Industry, Tony Spensieri joins Siperian as Vice President of Financial Services. Mr. Spensieri is responsible for the overall strategic direct strategic direction, growth, and management of Siperian's product and solution offerings to the Financial Services Industry worldwide. Most recently, he was the Vice President, North American Sales with GoldenSource Corporation, an enterprise data management software provider to the financial services sector where he was responsible for developing the sales organization and growing revenues. Previously as Director of Sales for Evolve Software, Mr. Spensieri built and contributed to the significant growth of the Eastern region, ultimately supporting the company's initial public offering.

Lastly, the company's new Chief Financial Officer, Michael Perry is responsible for the overall financial management of Siperian, and brings 20 years experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer for both public and private high-growth companies. Mr. Perry recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vitria Technology, Inc., an enterprise software company, where he spearheaded a turnaround effort resulting in a successful merger transaction. Prior to Vitria he was Chief Financial Officer of Bidcom, Women.com and the Belo Corporation.
