The MetaLINCS software suite offers a host of powerful capabilities for rapidly finding, analyzing and reviewing key data buried in mountains of electronically stored information (ESI). Unveiled in early 2006, the software is fast emerging as the E-Discovery industry standard for organizations requiring software that is easy to use and yet provides attorneys, investigators and IT staff with the latest and most powerful techniques for data processing, search, analysis and legal review - techniques that are changing the scope and economics of the E-Discovery landscape.
"The ability to collaboratively work with outside counsel on critical electronic discovery matters is very important to our organization. The MetaLINCS E-Discovery Suite enables us to oversee the process and control costs while leveraging this technology with its advanced analysis and review capabilities," said Joseph J. Catalano, Senior Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel for Union Bank of California. "The MetaLINCS Enterprise E-Discovery Suite offers an alternative to the traditional services offerings in the market to assist in the management of legal and investigatory matters."
