InfoSERVER, a Latin American provider of information technology security and systems solutions, and Innovative Card Technologies (NASDAQ:INVC), developers of the ICT DisplayCard for e-banking, e-commerce and data access authentication, today announce that InfoSERVER will integrate the ICT DisplayCard into a comprehensive authentication solution to be offered to financial institutions.

InfoSERVER provides ground-up IT security and systems services to clients such as Banco Bradesco, Banco Itau BBA, Banco Itau, Santander, Banco ABC Brasil, Sumitono and HSBC and is headquartered in Osasco/Sao Paulo, Brazil. InfoSERVER is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, and is also partnered with Citrix, IBM, and Motorola.

"We view the ICT DisplayCard as a solution for the financial space that is unprecedented in both security level and end-user convenience. We believe our clients will fully embrace this product, and have at least one test already in place," said Marcos Goncalves, Strategic Account Executive of InfoSERVER. "By integrating this cutting-edge technology with our robust authentication backend, InfoSERVER will be able to offer our clients the most convenient strong authentication solution on the market. We are proud to help safeguard consumer data, and to combat electonic fraud."

The ICT DisplayCard integrates the security of a one-time password token directly into a card the size of a standard payment card. At the push of a button on the back of the card, a one-time password is shown on the card's integrated display. During an online transaction, this number is entered into a user interface with other information (such as the user's login name and static PIN) for multifactor authentication. In this application, the information is then sent to InfoSERVER's authentication server to verify the identity of the user.

"As an established information technology security and systems provider, we are pleased to welcome InfoSERVER to the InCard partner network," said John A. Ward, III, InCard Technologies' Chairman and CEO. "The ICT DisplayCard provides superior convenience and portability compared with other one-time passcode devices on the market. We are eager to work with InfoSERVER to bring this security and convenience to their customers in Latin America."
