Nabil Bank's mission is to be the 'Bank of First Choice' to all its stakeholders, Since it started working with CTL in 1998, the bank has progressively improved its personal and corporate banking products, introducing new services such as cash advance and a multi-application credit card. CTL provided the technology and technical know-how to facilitate this growth. And, as Nabil Bank moved closer to fulfilling its mission, the upgrade to PRIME became the natural step forward.

Anil Shah, General Manager Nabil Bank said, "For us the paradigm of competition is service and the customer is at the core of everything we do. Therefore the implementation of the PRIME system has given us the service advantage in the delivery of our card products both on the issuing and acquiring side of the business."

CTL configured PRIME to complement the bank's outstanding customer relationship management. And it did so very quickly. Nabil Bank Cards Division Manager, Binaya K. Regmi said, "The PRIME system was implemented and interfaced with our CTL START in a very short time. The implementation was efficient and trouble free."
