Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced that it has opened an office in Amsterdam's prestigious World Trade Centre building.
The company announced plans to significantly increase its Netherlands-based workforce in order to address the customer service challenges faced by companies in region.
Graham Technology's Benelux operations yielded record profits in the final quarter of last year, and the company is keen to build on this success to drive growth in the region.
"Last year was very significant for Graham Technology in the Benelux, and success with strategic customers such as Vodafone Netherlands contributed to remarkable revenue growth of more than 50% for 2006," said Brian Donn, regional managing director, Graham Technology B.V. "Moving our operations to Amsterdam is a key step, putting us closer to partners and customers at the heart of our target market and in a city recognised across the globe as a business centre."
Graham Technology Benelux will be seeking to hire experienced individuals for its commercial and product deployment teams as the company seeks to ramp sales of its flagship customer interaction software, ciboodle.
"The Amsterdam office will become a key hub for this company as we grow our business in Northern Europe," said Mike Hughes, managing director, Graham Technology. "The success of the team in the past year gives me great confidence that we will continue to grow and succeed in this market."
