Quinn-direct to install Fineos claims management technology

Fineos Corporation, a global provider of innovative enterprise software solutions for insurance, bancassurance, and social insurance, today announced that Quinn-direct Insurance has selected Fineos to provide comprehensive enterprise claims management for its motor and household product lines.

Initially, the system will be rolled-out in Ireland and eventually expanded to cover all claims operations in the UK and Europe.

Established in 1996, Quinn-direct is one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Europe with a substantial presence in the Irish and UK insurance markets. Recently the company also commenced operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. Quinn-direct provides a full suite of general insurance products including private and commercial motor, household as well as a range of covers for businesses.

This is achieved through the use of comprehensive single view of the customer information as well as an integrated platform designed for straight-through processing. All FINEOS solutions are web enabled and designed to be delivered in an open Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) as a component based infrastructure for enterprise applicability and reuse.
