Fiserv CBS signs Banco Facil to core banking and CRM products

Fiserv ICBS was selected because of its reputation for delivering large scale projects on time and within budget, its process-oriented technology, universal functionality and strong references, particularly with banks requiring deep functionality.

Banco Facil's branches will be located inside the Grupo Chedraui stores throughout Mexico and in other locations outside the stores. When implementation is completed in the fall, Fiserv ICBS is expected to improve back office efficiencies with a cost effective platform and robust functionality processing 1 million accounts and supporting more than 100 branches. Fiserv will also provide the bank with treasury, securities administration, anti-money laundering and internet banking functionalities.
