Information Mosaic, a global provider of advanced middle and back office solutions for the securities services industry, has appointed Nigel Thomas as Vice President in charge of their UK operations in London. Nigel will be responsible for expanding Information Mosaic's UK based sales force.
Prior to joining Information Mosaic, Nigel was with State Street Investment Management Solutions where he was a Vice President in charge of the company's Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiative. He has also held senior positions at Baring Asset Management and Bank of America Global Securities Services.
Nigel is a popular speaker at securtities industry conferences and is a regular contributor to industry journals and publications. In announcing this appointment, John Byrne, CEO of Information Mosaic, stated, "Nigel has made a great contribution to the securities industry over the years, through his positions in leading financial institutions and as Vice Chairman of ISITC Europe.
