Mr Cave (aged 45) joins from consultancy firm Cave & Holland, where he was also Chief Executive. He brings a wealth of experience gained from growing technology businesses where he held senior roles including Siebel Systems, SalesLogix Corporation, Centura Software and Primus.

Terry is currently a director of Cave & Holland Limited and non-executive director of Conjungo Limited. He has had no other directorships in the past five years.
