InfoComp's Composer was chosen to support four critical functions - sales and contact management (CRM), loans management, unit registry administration and reporting. Macquarie Bank's IBG Financial Products Division will implement a new retail loans management module and a suite of enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features.
Managing Director of InfoComp, Rob DeDominicis, said, "Composer now provides Macquarie Bank IBG Financial Products Division with extensive CRM capabilities to maximise the value of its communications with investors and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)."
"Composer will also be managing the loans associated with geared products for retail investors."
For its business development function, Macquarie Bank IBG Financial Products Division will be using Composer's extended CRM capabilities, which include the capture of any details relating to investors or financial advisers, an extensive contact management module, prospect lifecycle management, mailing lists and end-user correspondence and advice generation.
For its geared products, Macquarie Bank IBG Financial Products division will also be using Composer's loan management capabilities, which can service both standalone loans and geared investments such as loans linked to investments administered on Composer.
Composer administers the full lifecycle of the loan facilities and supports a variety of investment types and repayment options. It also manages arrears and the complexities relating to linked investments such as automatically applying investment income against outstanding debt.
"By extending the breadth of product support for Retail Loans and the introduction of these additional CRM facilities, Composer further consolidates its position as Australia's leading Wealth Management platform," Mr DeDominicis said.
This implementation of Composer will also utilise the Composer Business Integration Server.
