DaimlerChrysler Financial Services has selected the PIC Collections System, from PIC Solutions, to enhance their collections performance.

DaimlerChrysler Financial Services is committed to providing innovative financial solutions that are tailored to meet their client's vehicle financing and insurance needs. Operating in a competitive and dynamic market, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services wanted to differentiate their business by enhancing their collections process and improving customer relationships.

The PIC Collections System (PCS) is a powerful collections solution that provides DaimlerChrysler Financial Services with the flexibility to optimise their collections performance. PCS is specifically tailored to meet their requirements by combining industry collections best practices, flexible user controlled strategy definition, an intuitive user friendly collector interface with leading-edge system functionality.

Lin Reed, Management Board Member at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services SA, states, "We are currently redefining our business rules and needed an automated system that could streamline our operations in line with our growing portfolio. We are committed to enhancing our collections processes and therefore looked for a collections system that could be implemented in South Africa and possibly throughout the Group. PCS provides us with the functionality we require for today, including meeting the demands of the NCA, whilst providing the scalability and extensibility for our future needs."

Mike Crawley, Director at PIC Solutions, adds, "PCS is a unique collections system that is designed to respond quickly to market changes. By implementing PCS and automating their collections processes, DaimlerChrysler will be in a position to make use of the system's functionalities to revise their collection strategies and improve their business decisions. We look forward to working with them on this assignment and providing a solution that will effectively enhance their collections environment."
