Ezee ATM acquires Meta-4 Business Networking Solutions from CGI

Privately-held firm Ezee ATM LP has acquired Meta-4 Business Networking Solutions (MBNS) from CGI Group Inc. (CGI) (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB) for CDN$5.6 million subject to certain adjustment clauses.

MBNS provides cash dispensing services via a network of close to 700 automatic teller machines and point-of-sale terminals most of which are located in transportation venues, entertainment facilities and shopping centers in Quebec and Ontario.

In April 2004, CGI divested its assets in Meta-4 Technical Support Services. In doing so, and after today's announcement, CGI has completed all of its divestiture of Meta-4 assets.
