SunTec, the leader in Relationship-based Pricing and centralized billing solutions, announced today that it has added DBS Bank, one of the largest financial service companies in South-east Asia, to its client list.
Singapore-based DBS will deploy SunTec's flagship product TBMS-F to competitively price and bill its services, thereby boosting customer retention and acquisition.
Initially, DBS will use TBMS-F to enhance its Cash Management Services. The bank was examining better ways to serve its customers, through innovative bundling and pricing of its product offerings, tailored to their businesses. To support this, DBS needed a tool that could easily interface with its existing IT infrastructure, and at the same time offer transformational pricing capability for future services. The ease of implementation of transaction data integration capability and TBMS-F's flexibility convinced them that the solution will help them to get to market sooner and more cost effectively. DBS' Singapore office will be the first to deploy TBMS-F and its other centers will be converted soon.
