Alan Belt is to head up the Card Solutions and Transformation Team at ea Consulting Group, the London-based financial services management consultancy.
In his role as Managing Director Card Solutions and Transformation, Alan will lead a team of highly experienced specialists to deliver change programmes and projects in Card Migration, Business Transformation, Consulting and Business Change Management.
"We are seeing massive changes in the way the card services industry is developing. Financial services firms are facing new challenges in terms of options around card processing, use of outsourced card processors, general pressures on operational cost per card, and emergent technology supporting the growth in prepaid cards, contactless and M-Payments. Our team are veterans of more than 50 major credit card migrations, enabling us to provide our clients with a rare level of service and expertise," said Alan Belt.

Prior to joining ea Consulting Group Alan spent 3 years at Centrica leading Operations and Business Transformation, and 20 years at Lloyds TSB where he held a variety of positions including IT & Operations Director - Goldfish Bank, Programme Director - evolvebank and Head of Global EMU Implementation & Strategy.
Alan's change delivery experience at board level has included implementing time critical, high risk solutions for major brand names. He has also led industry challenging change in financial services and utilities and held executive roles at card issuers - both in IT and Business Operations - delivering radical changes into the largest customer bases in the UK.
