Smart SMS (Pink Sheets:STMC), moves forward to penetrate the Financial Services world by purchasing Columbia Card Systems International LLC (CCSI).
Gordon Lee, CEO and Steaphan Weir, President of Smart SMS Corp. said "the purchase of CCSI is a milestone in the company's history and puts Smart SMS Corp. into the Mobile Banking and Financial Services arena with a very exciting future ahead."
CCSI anticipates issuing at least ten million plus Visa debit accounts in the next three years estimating the gross revenues at approximately four hundred eighty million by the third year.
