ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), today announced the appointment of Anthony DeMeo as Director of Marketing.

In his new role, Tony has global responsibility for all aspects of marketing strategy, branding and communications across the ADP Brokerage Services Group product and service range. He reports to Peter Benzie, EVP Global Sales & Marketing, ADP Brokerage Services Group.

Tony brings a considerable depth of knowledge and experience to his new role, having worked in the brokerage industry for 35 years in the fields of marketing, operations and systems, including managerial experience at both divisional and national levels. He has also managed the re-branding of several brokerage products and will draw on this experience as ADP continues with the spin-off of its Brokerage Services Group, currently anticipated for completion in the spring of 2007 when it will become Broadridge Financial Solutions.

Tony joined ADP in 2000 to focus on developing strategic sales relationships. He also led the team that developed its broker desktop, ProVisor, which successfully evolved into a blueprint for ADP's broader desktop strategy.

Before joining ADP, Tony was CIO of Private Client Services at Gruntal & Co. Prior to that, he held senior marketing positions at both Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney Shearson in New York.

Separately, Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP) subsidiary ADP Wilco has announced that due to its ongoing business expansion its Japanese office will be based at the following address, as of 26th February 2007:

10/F Kojimachi KS Square
5-3-3 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku
