The enhanced reporting platform, available in conjunction with Tradeware's MarketCenter and GlobalX solution suites, provides broker-dealers with a wide range of on-demand compliance and business reports, addressing the industry's growing regulatory requirements.

Tradeware Reporting Center offers easy access to various reports for traders, compliance officers, and middle- and back-office staff via multiple channels: secure web access, scheduled email, or ftp. The online Reporting Center provides immediate access to trade data for the preceding three months, with further historical data available on an on demand basis.

Specifically, clients will now be able to use Tradeware reporting to aid in the fulfillment of requirements for SEC Rules 17a-3, 17a-4, and Reg SHO. Capability for Rule 606 reporting (formerly Rule 11ac 1-5) is in development.

The Tradeware Reporting Center rollout comes on the heels of the recent announcement of the Tradeware OATS Consolidator solution, which resolves the issue of multiple OATS submissions for users of multiple systems on their trading desks. Reporting Center will provide web access to the archived compliance reports for the broker-dealers using Tradeware's OATS reporting service.
