Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTC Pink Sheets: CSVI) today introduced a new product to help banks manage the collateral securing of their loan portfolios.

CSI's Collateral Valuation System streamlines collateral management by allowing banks to view all of the collateral items and collateral values securing their loan portfolio at a note level, customer level and cross collateralized level. It also helps protect these earning assets by analyzing loan/collateral value ratios and reporting vulnerable situations.

Stock values and vehicle values are automatically updated. Value update reminders can be established for other collateral items and multiple hyperlinks can be created to other Internet valuation resources.

In addition to providing all collateral items and values on individual loans and customers, the Collateral Valuation System provides the tools banks need to analyze concentrations of collateral in their loan portfolios and forecast how a change could affect overall exposure.

Bob Ezell, Vice President of Product Marketing, stated, "CVS is a great tool that can facilitate senior management's understanding of areas of their loan portfolios that are vulnerable to a change in collateral value and the impact such a change could have on their bank's bottom line."

CSI's new Collateral Valuation System saves time and protects profits for bankers in an increasingly competitive market without requiring any special software, servers or intensive training.
