Kalahari, a global provider of real-time price discovery and analytic solutions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Palmer as Financial Director, with immediate effect.
He also becomes a member of the Kalahari Board.
With more than 20 years experience working with publicly listed companies, Steven brings excellent credentials to the Company.
At the same time, the Company is pleased to announce that Graham Mansfield, previously Deputy Managing Director, takes over the role of Managing Director from Peter Trenier who assumes the position of Company Chairman.
These Board changes support the Company's continuous expansion and growth, including its recent incorporation of Kalahari in the USA and the launch of an important new product later this year.

Steven Palmer (46) has more than 20 years experience working with publicly listed companies. He has a track record of continuous achievement and enhancing shareholder value. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in M&A activity, the implementation of substantial profit improvement plans and the planning and execution of public listings.
Steven holds a First Class Honours BSc in Economics. He is married with one daughter and enjoys skiing and sailing.
