The Board of Earthport is pleased to announce, that following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1 November 2006, David Fife has become an Executive Director of Earthport plc with effect from 1 February 2007.

David Fife has subscribed £300,000 in the funding exercise announced on 2 January 2007, representing a beneficial ownership of 1,304,347 Earthport plc Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, at a cost of 23 pence per share.
