Coast ATM will be the sales and marketing arm for the two companies, building on its existing relationships within the gaming and commercial real estate industries to secure locations for installing turnkey ATM and Cash Management systems.

Key will provide its expertise as a financial institution with a nationwide ATM network of 2,200 ATMs, as well as its expertise in transaction systems, security and other processing services.

ATMs placed in casinos, shopping malls and office facilities under the agreement will be branded as Coast ATM machines with Key providing transaction processing, replenishment, maintenance and other services required to keep the machines operating and serving cardholders' needs.

"We are excited to offer our clients expanded products and financial services through our relationship with Key," said Howard Regen at Coast ATM. "Our alliance with Key gives us a breadth of offerings unmatched by other ATM providers."

Placing ATMs in high-traffic commercial locations adds significant value to the overall customer/tenant experience.

"We welcome the opportunity to provide our ATM expertise to Coast ATM's gaming and commercial real estate clients and, by extension, to their guests, customers and tenants," said Michele M. Mullee, senior vice president, Distribution Management at Key. "Catering to customer needs is critical to the success of any high-traffic site, and Key and Coast ATM are working together to make sure customers' cash transaction needs are easily met."
