Pioneer Investments, has implemented Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS), the innovative Client Reporting solution from Vermilion Software.

Pioneer Investments required a flexible, workflow driven reporting solution to enhance their complex month/quarter end reporting. Following a comprehensive review of leading edge solutions, they selected VRS because of its flexible and scalable approach to reporting. With the minimum of effort, VRS can produce complex reports, extracting data from a variety of underlying data sources quickly and accurately, and delivering usability to the Client Services department.

Fred Gillis, Client Service Manager at Pioneer Investments commented; "Vermilion gave Pioneer Investments confidence with their knowledge of our business, which led to a very successful implementation. Since going live with VRS, we have significantly improved our reporting quality and the timeliness of delivery to our clients."

VRS provides companies with the ability to empower client service professionals to generate multi-lingual, personalised, marketing-quality reports through a workflow controlled process, streamlining the corporate reporting cycle whilst ensuring that the corporate branding and content standards are fully maintained. Wherever the corporate data may reside VRS has the power to deliver consistent output time and again whilst integrating both standardised and customised portfolio commentary for publication via multiple formats, including Word, PowerPoint PDF and XML.

"VRS is an impressive reporting tool, we fully intend to implement this solution in a number of Pioneer Investments sites globally" said Paul Price, Global Head of Institutional Sales.

Commenting on this deal, Simon Cornwell, Director at Vermilion said; "The ability to report client information accurately is crucial to organisations such as Pioneer Investments. By choosing VRS, Pioneer will benefit from improvements in the timeliness of the reporting cycle, quality of the reports and reductions in the cost of the overall operation."
