Morgan Stanley invests in Tamale Software to develop research platform

Tamale Software today announced the creation of a strategic alliance with Morgan Stanley's Prime Brokerage and Fund Services platforms.

Tamale Software is the pioneer and leading provider of research management solutions (RMS) to the investment community. Morgan Stanley is the industry leading provider of prime brokerage and fund services solutions to the global investment community.

Morgan Stanley will make a strategic investment in Tamale and the two firms will work together to develop a platform that will facilitate and enhance the research and investment decision making process for investment professionals worldwide. Tamale believes that the partnership with Morgan Stanley will significantly enhance Tamale's ability to continue to deliver leading edge research management solutions to the investment industry. Terms of the investment will not be disclosed.
