Source Technologies, a leading provider of integrated solutions for managing financial transactions and other secure business processes, announced availability of its reengineered 7-Series Kiosk featuring expanded banking and payment functionality.

The new kiosk can perform virtually any teller function. This allows banks and credit unions to expand their capacity within existing branches or expand their presence without the expense of building a branch. With 24/7 availability, the new kiosk performs functions such as cash acceptance, cash and card dispensing, and check printing. Additionally, the 7-Series Kiosk has imaging capabilities for check deposit as well as signature capture. As companies expand their services, other features can be easily added including biometric authentication and contactless payments.

"Our financial clients tell us the 7-Series offers the most functionality in servicing and replenishing," said Bill Lynch, vice president of Self-Service Solutions. "The 7-Series Kiosk is our most robust kiosk configuration to date with the most options for expanding services in the future. We've designed the kiosk with an eye on growing payment trends including contactless payments using RFID and biometric authentication via a fingerprint scanner."

According to Bruno Sementilli, president and CEO of Quorum Federal Credit Union, "Our previous machines were highly customized and required hiring our own support staff to maintain them. With Source Technologies' solution, we have more servicing options and can use local armored services for cash management, which saves significantly in operating costs."
