Exstream Software and Fiserv Insurance Solutions ink co-marketing deal

The agreement aligns the two companies' efforts to provide document management solutions that streamline the entire document creation and delivery process for property and casualty insurers, resulting in faster time to market for critical communications, improved customer service, and significantly reduced production costs.

Exstream's Dialogue software provides a single platform for enterprises to design, manage, and deliver fully personalised business communications of all types for high-volume, on-demand and interactive delivery. Integrating Dialogue with Fiserv's three component-based property-casualty core processing systems—Policy Star, Claims Workstation and Advanced Billing—allows insurers to streamline policy administration and deliver higher quality, fully personalised and compliant billing, claims and statutory reporting documents.
