Cardpoint also announces today that John Westwood is to stand down from the Board having served as a Non-Executive Director since August 2002.
Commenting on today's announcement, Bob Thian, Chairman of Cardpoint, said: "Lee is highly experienced in the challenges of building a rapidly growing, multi-site business and understands the balance that has to be struck between the need for financial processes and entrepreneurial flair. He is well-respected amongst the investment community and I welcome him to the Board. On behalf of my fellow Cardpoint Directors, I would also like to place on record our thanks to John Westwood for his contribution over several years as a Non-Executive Director."
