Rolfe & Nolan today announced that Daiwa Securities America Inc., a Rolfe & Nolan in-house customer for over 14 years, has signed up to Rolfe & Nolan's facilities management services, outsourcing all of its infrastructure and operational functions for RISC, Rolfe & Nolan's comprehensive futures and options back-office processing system, and PRYSM, a claims and allocations system offered by Rolfe & Nolan.

The agreement also includes RANtask, Rolfe & Nolan's automated task system, and e-Route, a data formatting and delivery system.

McCabe, chief information officer of Daiwa Securities America Inc. "By outsourcing to Rolfe & Nolan, we free up staff resource for other critical daily functions, and save on operational cost."

"We believe that firms can benefit greatly from outsourcing operations processing functions and expensive infrastructure requirements to Rolfe & Nolan," said Chris Parkin, vice president of sales at Rolfe & Nolan Inc. "We are excited to expand the services that we provide to Daiwa and are confident that other top-tier firms will take advantage of the opportunity to reduce costs and improve efficiency through outsourcing to Rolfe & Nolan."
