Brainpower N.V. (Deutsche Börse, Prime Standard: BPW), a leading provider of technology for delivering investment intelligence to global asset and wealth managers, announces its results for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2006.
Revenues for the quarter ended equaled 2.0 million Euros, a 41% increase over the third quarter of 2005.In the third quarter operating expenses equaled 2.72 million Euros, up 90% from the third quarter of 2005.The third quarter EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), before restructuring costs and before stock-based compensation, was negative 1.51 million Euros compared to a negative 0.36 million in the third quarter of 2005.Due to the change in ownership the management was exchanged and Marc Winzap is acting as CFO as from the third quarter.
