Revenues for the quarter ended equaled 2.0 million Euros, a 41% increase over the third quarter of 2005.In the third quarter operating expenses equaled 2.72 million Euros, up 90% from the third quarter of 2005.The third quarter EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), before restructuring costs and before stock-based compensation, was negative 1.51 million Euros compared to a negative 0.36 million in the third quarter of 2005.Due to the change in ownership the management was exchanged and Marc Winzap is acting as CFO as from the third quarter.
