TraderTools LLC, the only technology company to deliver a fully-integrated e-trading solution, announced today the formation of a Professional Services Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to assist its customer base of banks, brokerages and financial institutions in implementing the components of STPlatform, the company's electronic trading system.

The group will be headed by Aharon Haber, who joins the TraderTools management team after six years at CSFB in New York and London where he was Vice President of Front Office Development, responsible for equities, commodities and interest rate derivatives systems, as well as fixed-income electronic trading.

"We've been involved in electronic trading from its outset in the mid- nineties, and are considered to be experts in the FX and MM niche," explained
Yaacov Heidingsfeld, COO of TraderTools. "As a result, we've actually been providing professional services all along. Due to a recent upsurge in demand, we've decided to form a separate business unit in order to formalize our consulting service offering in the areas of technology, design, installation and training."

Technology and Design
The SBU was established to help customers identify strategic business objectives, design efficient content management and portal systems and rapidly deliver successful and cost-effective solutions using the TraderTools suite of products. The unit provides best practices and subject matter expertise that focus on maximizing system capabilities and achieving the highest possible return on a customer's software investment.

Installation and Training
The Professional Services team facilitates STPlatform set up and customization, including integration with existing infrastructures. These steps can easily be combined with on-site training to help familiarize end-users with the features and functionality of the system. TraderTools has designed specific training programs for individual contributors, editors, administrators, developers and distributors.
