Fimat to process cash trading with Actis.BSP

On 9 May, Fimat International Banque S.A. Zweigniederlassung Frankfurt (Frankfurt branch) signed the contracts with ACTIS.BSP for using BSP TRADE in ASP mode.

After a half year evaluation phase, the Bank is convinced that the securities processing system BSP TRADE and the comprehensive services of ACTIS.BSP perfectly support its requirements and therefore decided to change to ACTIS.BSP.

Fimat has been represented since 1994 with a branch-office in Frankfurt and is a Xetra participant. Fimat successfully established itself in the Eurex Clearing business as one of the top three clearing members. Its Global Brokerage Group desk covers the European and American markets. The service offer of Fimat extends from the pure clearing for stock exchange members, over order routing solutions up to a total service. Its world-wide network enables a professional and direct settlement across all stock exchanges, which is ensured by its direct membership's at all available stock exchanges. With a global account and cross border margin financing facilities, Fimat optimises the capital of its customers.

With BSP TRADE Fimat will process their cash trading. The project for migrating from the German WertpapierService Bank to ACTIS.BSP started with the signing of the agreement and will be completed by 31.12.2006.
