Nedbank selects PIC Solutions Collections System

Nedbank Limited, one of South Africa's ‘Big Four’ banks, has selected PCS, the PIC Solutions Collections System to enhance their collections environment.

Nedbank's key focus is driving the 'Bank for All' strategy to make Nedbank more accessible as a bank that is proudly South African. As part of their ongoing commitment to improving profitability via effective risk management policies and enhancing their collections environment, Nedbank Asset Based Finance (ABF) requested PIC Solutions to implement an effective collections management solution.

The PIC Collections System (PCS) is a powerful collections solution with the flexibility to optimise the collections performance of almost any type of credit granting organisation. Developed by PIC Solutions ICT and Credit Risk Management specialists, PCS combines industry collections best practices, flexible user controlled strategy definition, an intuitive user-friendly collector interface and leading-edge system functionality.

PCS empowers collections and during this assignment, consultants from PIC Solutions will implement PCS to optimise ABF's collections environment.
