ADP Investor Communication Services (ADP ICS), a division of Automatic Data Processing's (NYSE: ADP) Brokerage Services Group, announced today that D.A. Davidson & Co. has successfully launched ADP's Investor Mailbox solution to its clients.

Investor Mailbox is a web-based presentation of regulatory investor communications. These communications can be informational as well as those that require action. Investor Mailbox is fully integrated into the broker dealer's own website. Distributions included in the Investor Mailbox are proxies for corporate and investment company issuers, regulatory documents, corporate action notices, statements, trade confirmations, tax forms, and prospectuses.

"Investor Mailbox creates a three-pronged partnership between the broker, issuer and investor that promotes increased opportunity to participate in and review regulatory communications," said Bob Schifellite, Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP ICS. "It is designed to leverage technology to drive more investors to embrace electronic delivery and interactive documents on the Internet, leading to improved communication and participation, while also lowering costs throughout the distribution supply chain."

"ADP's Investor Mailbox provides our shareholders with a single-visit financial portal that promotes shareholder activism," said George Tootle, Vice President, Director of Operations of D.A. Davidson & Co. "It also provides our client service staff the ability to monitor all activity and documentation in a single location, ensuring that all interactions with our clients are positive."
