Rabobank implements Mercury business technology optimisation technology

Today, Mercury Interactive Corporation , the global leader in business technology optimization (BTO) software, announced that The Rabobank Group, a global provider of financial services, selected Mercury BTO Enterprise, the industry's first integrated suite of BTO offerings designed to help customers optimize the business outcomes of IT, to help optimize efficiency, and improve the level of service to its customers while increasing profits.
